Design/build of a new deep well, reverse osmosis treatment system, site infrastructure, and rolling gate. Includes the installation of a new aluminum sliding gate with operator and controls to include site infrastructure. Install a new pedestrian gate at the existing perimeter fencing. New gate area to include grading, new concrete slab, vehicle detection loops, protective bollards and necessary fencing to tie into existing fencing.
