Project Management Services for this 100 unit residential affordable housing apartment complex for low‐income seniors.  20 units in the building were set aside for homeless seniors.   Representing the owner (Chinatown Community Development Center (CCDC)) Martinez Services managed the design and construction team, financing, relationships with the city and founders, coordinated commercial leased space, and funding and marketing strategies for lease up.  Built at a site which was previously a freeway off ramp and parking lot, the project consisted of the residential units as well as a café, computer lab, offices, and a resident lobby.
