His primary safety professional practices include research and development, employee management, compliance with federal/state, client and company safety regulations. training and development, record keeping, develop and update safety plans, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual employee/project/enterprise focus. Brandon enjoys coaching and empowering employees on the vision of safety. He values family, due diligence, and career goals. During down time he enjoys family bonding at home, the beach, or the park in his hometown of Ventura, CA as well as experiencing new places and milestones with them.
