Location: Hunter’s Point Block 49 Development, San Francisco, CA
Project Management Services for this 60 unit residential building constructed on the site of an old Naval Shipyard as a part of the Bay view Hunter’s Point Redevelopment Plan. The 82,676 square foot building was built as aﬀordable housing for families as part of a larger development being done by Lennar. The full hilltop development includes 1400 homes and numerous city parks. Representing the owner (AMCAL Multi‐housing, Inc.) Martinez Services oversaw the design and construction teams and numerous consultants. Coordinated with Public Agencies to secure approvals throughout the project, managed the delivery plan, schedule, budget and ﬁnancing, and marketing.
