Renovation of an existing office facility for use as an FBI forensics lab. Work included demolition of the existing walls, floors and ceilings. New work included new walls, gypboard, flooring and ceiling and all finishes for these systems. We installed government provided equipment including a fume hood and vacuum chamber for fingerprint testing. We also constructed a new dark room for processing film. Work included changes to the HVAC system, new electrical services and the installation of security cameras and card readers for the space. All work was completed in less than 60 days.
