This was a multifaceted project that consisted of a complete exterior remodel, including all new concrete steps and ramps at interior and exterior with handrails. New exterior door, trench drains with new stainless steel downspouts, new Durolast roof and asphalt repair. Interior remodel on the men’s locker room and bath to make room for new women’s locker and bathroom. Two new furnaces and complete redo of ductwork and supply/return registers. Complete electrical overhaul, including new 400 amp service, new panels, wiring and conduit throughout the building. Interior painting, tile and plumbing in the new remodel.

This project was a complete well rehabilitation and development of multiple Well Pumps. Design work included first benchmark testing, recording of existing pump capacity and water production rate during normal pump operation. Performed a video-cam inspection of each well, tested water quality against applicable state and federal standards and provided a written report containing findings, lab results and assessing the condition of each well. Construction services included all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation to remove and replace all existing pumps and motors. Upgraded and added to the existing SCADA systems with new control stations mounted on the exterior of each buildings.

Construction management and project management for this project to renovate a 1930’s era hotel for use as a temporary consulate facility for the US State Department and OBO.  Staff was in charge of overseeing several construction managers that were completing the construction with local construction workers, facilitating and organizing all the project closeout and commissioning activities and managing change order negotiations with the government.   The work included new building structures, completed on‐site utility system construction and start‐up, installation of blast‐resistant windows and doors, new security systems and installation of US standard fire sprinkler and alarm systems.

We installed government provided equipment including a fume hood and vacuum chamber for fingerprint testing. We also constructed a new dark room for processing film. Work included changes to the HVAC system, new electrical services and the installation of security cameras and card readers for the space. All work was completed in less than 60 days.
